If you happen to order the unfitted center caps and want to exchange another size, rhinotuning accepts a 7-day exchange after you sign for the package. For the exchange service, there are two options for choices. [1] you need to pay 50% of the item cost plus the shipping fee and you don't need to return the item back. [2] You are allowed to exchange free if you pay the back-and-forth shipping fee for the exchange service.
Notice: Customers should be responsible for the difference if the replacement values are higher than the original ones. Rhinotuning won't pay back the difference and the replacement will no longer enjoy any exchange service.

1. New unused product returns
Your complete satisfaction is our priority. If an item purchased from Rhinotuning.com doesn't meet your expectations, you may return the new, unused products within 30 days after the receive date for a refund or exchange. Kindly note that the buyer should be responsible for the return shipping fee.
2. Incorrect, damaged, or defective product
If you receive incorrect, damaged, or defective products, please contact customer service on Whatsapp at +86 189 2410 4655 or email service@rhinotuning.com for a free replacement or refund.

RhinoTuning provides a free replacement service within 30 days if you receive broken items. Please contact our customer service and provide us with some pictures of the broken items, we will be here for help.
