A. Can I place an order without registering an account?

You are allowed to check out as a guest without creating an account at Rhinotuning. It's better to register an account and enjoy the following benefits:

B. What payment methods do you accept? How to pay with Credit Card?

Please note that PayPal is our secure payment method, which accepts all kinds of credit or debit cards. When you turn to the checkout page and fill in the shipping information, then choose the button "Pay By Credit Or Debit Card" Or "Checkout As Guest on the PayPal page.

C. Do I need to pay the shipping fee when purchasing here?
RhinoTuning supports worldwide shipping and offers free shipping in most countries. The shipping fee is about $8.99 excluding the free shipping countries. When you turn to the checkout page and fill in the shipping information, the system will calculate the shipping fee automatically.

D. Is the color/quality of the item the same as what I see on the website? has always been committed to Adding a soul to your wheels. Sometimes, camera viewing angles and lighting levels may cause slight color differences, but we will try our best to show more clear images on the website. We appreciate your understanding.

E. I don't know what caps I need! I don't have the part number!

Please refer to the fitments with the description of every product. If there is any difficulty in choosing the right center caps, please don't hesitate to contact us by email or WhatsApp.

F. Where can I find the part number?

Part numbers are always located on the back of the center cap itself. You will need to remove it from the wheel to find the number.

G. When will my order be shipped?
Rhinotuning makes every effort to ship the purchase as soon as possible. Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 1~2 business days from the time the order is placed. Some complicated orders or special occasions may require additional processing time.

H. What is the status of my order?
Once an order is placed, You will receive a confirmation email with an order summary, and a shipping notification email that includes the tracking information of your order after your order is shipped. (If you registered with, simply login to your account to check the status of your order)

I. How to track my package?
Generally, the tracking number received after placing the order is used, and the current status of the package can be obtained by querying the corresponding logistics website.

J. Can I have a bill of my order to show to the customs?

Yes. Please leave a message if you need the receipt of your payment. It will be sent to your registered email address.
