Electroplating Process

Electroplating can effectively provide the hubcap with corrosion resistance and enhance its appearance, making it delicate and smooth to the touch. The process starts with acid washing and polishing to increase the surface roughness, and then professional instruments are used to control the current density, plating solution temperature, PH value, and other parameters to deposit the surface of the hubcap in the metal plating layer so that it is uniformly attached to the surface. Stretching Process

Stretching is the process of forming the hubcap by stretching it. We use high-strength, low-alloy steel to ensure that it will not break easily during the stretching process. During the stretching process, the hubcap can be accurately molded by controlling the temperature, speed, and pressure of the molding process.
