What products do you make?

Where is your company?

We are located in Guangzhou, which is an old port city in southern China.
 

Can you produce according to the sample?

Yes. We can produce by your samples or technical drawing.
 

Can I get a sample?

Sure. We can provide the existing samples for you to check the quality first.
 

Do you have the products in stock?

Yes. We usually keep 1000 units of inventory for a single SKU, which can be delivered within 7 days.
 

Do you send Packages COD(Cash On Delivery)?

RhinoTuning is located in Guangzhou, China. Please understand that COD is not allowed. All orders must be pre-paid.
 

Do I have to pay any extra taxes?

Probably yes. You have to know about the import duty rule of your country before placing orders. As we know, many countries do not charge import duties on private items, samples and goods with a certain stated value.
 

What is your terms of packing?

Gernerally, we pack our products in good foam bag and standard import carton, which can protect the goods well.
 

When is customer service hours?

PST 5:00PM-3:00AM
During this period, you will receive our prompt reply.
 

How do you compute the total shipping costs?

Shipping costs are directly related to the weight of the package. In addtion, we factor in an addtional amount to cover packing materials, and any special handing considerations that may be required to ship the package. Needless to say, we will not make any profit with the shipping costs.
 

Do you offer express delivery service, such as DHL?

Yes. However, we must be pretty sure before the shipment that you have the ability of customs clearance rather than it would be detained by the customs.
 

Why are my orders shipped from different places?

RhinoTuning has warehouses around the world: U.K., U.S.A., Russia, Brazil. Once overseas warehouse is out of stock, your items will be shipped from China.
 

What happens if my package is lost?

This depends mostly upon how it was shipped out. In general, we have very few problems with the lost with any of our shipping carriers. And the shipping delay happens occasionally, if you believe your package is lost, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to track it down.
 

What happens if my package becomes damaged?

If your package was damaged in shipment, please try to have a contact with the local shipping couriers for a compensation. If you got nothing from them, please email us, we will arrange a replacement or refund upon your preference.
 

I placed my order last week, why haven't I seen any tracking information?

Normally it takes less than 2 business days to prepare your order. And we guarantee it won't last more than a week. The tracking information usually lags behind the actual delivery. Please contact us if you have any concerns. We will pay much more attention until you receive the order.
 

I specified one method of shipping, why did it arrive using a different method?

In consideration of changeable circumstance, we will use the most stable logistics channels to ensure you receive your order smoothly. We guarantee that there is no additional charge.
 

Can I have a bill of my order to show to the customs?

Yes. Please leave a message if you need the receipt of your payment. It will be sent to your registered email address.
