RhinoTuning is a trading style of RhinoWheels Ltd by proceeding to use this website or making a purchase from us you accept fully the terms and conditions as stated below, these terms are subject to change without notice.

RhinoTuning resell alloy wheels, vehicle body styling, vehicles and associated tuning products and accessories. These products are hereafter referred to as "products"

Here's the small print albeit it is not very small!!

We aim to provide you the leading brands of vehicles, alloy wheels and other vehicle body styling products delivered to your door and fitted if you require so. RhinoTuning also have a showroom and fitting centre.

Where vehicles are bought for, sold for, or in any way transacted on behalf of a client where ownership changes a minimum charge of £1500 plus vat per vehicle is levied unless expressly stated in writing. This charge is subject to variation and you indemnify us against any  liability however caused in relation to the vehicle transacted. We are additionally authorised to take all steps necessary to ensure any vehicle we sell is prepared for sale, you underwrite these costs to a maximum of £500 amounts over this we will ask for further authorisation. In the event you order an R spec vehicle all vehicles will be registered in your name and ownership will transfer once full payment has been made, payments are due, minimum 10% of quoted base vehicle price non refundable with order, balance of funds due at time of vehicle registration, unless otherwise expressed in writing. Ordering a vehicle commits you to the purchase and all costs associated, you warrant to cover all costs in connection with it. In the event of you choosing to cancel any vehicle order you are responsible for all parts ordered in connection at their full retail value, if the purchase includes wheels the terms below apply. In the event of cancellation you will be responsible for all costs however incurred by the company in the course of sourcing the vehicle. You indemnify the company against any liability, additionally the company cannot take any responsibility for delays in supply of any vehicle caused by any third party over which we do not have direct control, you further indemnify us against any liability in this instance. Part exchange may be considered and is subject to separate terms as agreed.

Delivery of products is by signed for carrier of our choice however we take no responsibility for the suitability of that carrier or their failure to deliver. We also cannot guarantee when the delivery will be made nor can we track the courier to confirm delivery. We additionally provide no warranty or indemnities beyond your statutory rights. For bespoke items you will be advised of delivery method at the time of ordering or at any time following, delivery schedules for bespoke items are subject to 3rd party involvement therefore delivery timescales may vary and be subject to extention. Collection and delivery of vehicles is subject to a charge of £1.50 per mile or a minimum charge of £50 plus vat and fuel costs.

Fitting is completed at the discretion of our technicians and will not be carried out on any vehicle we deem un-roadworthy or if your purchase is inappropriate in this instance you will be liable for the fitting charge in full. Your new products will be fitted according to the manufacturer"s instructions and it is advisable to re torque the wheel nuts within 24hours of fitting where wheels are fitted. This is your responsibility and you provide an indemnity to both our employees and the company against any claim however so caused.

In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase for any reason will endeavor to solve this quickly and normally within two weeks. We do not provide compensation for loss of earnings, stress, acts of God, or anything outside of our control in any circumstance.

It is your responsibility to ensure the products are maintained in line with the manufacturers" instructions. Any warranty could be invalidated by incorrect maintenance. Your warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect fitting or damage caused by road hazards. You should advise your insurer of their fitment and value. Your warranty or guarantee in most cases will be invalidated if the products are used for racing or time trials.

CHROME WHEELS SPECIAL NOTICE

Chrome wheels are not provided with any warranty against damage or defect from road salt or brake dust. You should not use the wheels on any surface that has been treated with road salt, salt, airborne salt or similar de icing, corrosive or sodium chloride substance. You are advised to purchase a secondary set of wheels for use in this instance.

BESPOKE FINISHES SPECIAL NOTICE

Where you choose a bespoke finish such as but not limited to colour or machining you will be liable for the full value of the goods when supplied even if you decide that you have made a mistake in the choice finish.

WHEELS MADE TO ORDER (Bespoke)

Many of our wheel brands are made to order and imported from various parts of the world. As such when ordering these wheels a non refundable deposit with the order of a minimum of £1000 is required. This deposit is forfeited in the event you decide you have made a mistake in the design or finish you have chosen. This is reduced by 50% if you order a replacement set via RhinoTuning, the balance is kept as a restocking charge to cover the costs of holding the cancelled order in stock until a new customer can be found. You may reject a set of wheels if they are defective in manufacture only, you agree to accept delivery when the item is supplied to the specification ordered. You can not reject the wheels because of aesthetics ie the colour, finish, tyre design, tyre style. These wheels may also be subject to delivery delays due to matters outside our control such as customs, shipping and manufacturing. An estimated delivery date will be provided following your order and is such to change without notice.

Your money will be held in our client account prior to delivery. If you pay by credit card you will indemnify us against any charge back however caused, in the event of a chargeback by our merchant company you must pay the outstanding amount within 7 days. In the event you fail to settle the amount outstanding within 7 days you agree to a charge of £100 per week in lieu of debt collection charges until the debt is paid in full.

Payments by cheque are not acceptable (you may not know that cleared funds does not actually mean "paid" any cheque can be returned at any time up to 6 years after it was "cleared")

Should you need to cancel a delivery or fitting slot this must be done by close of business the previous day. Should you not provide sufficient notice of cancellation we reserve the right to charge the full service fee as booked. The amount will be due immediately.

We operate nationally however outside of the London, Home Counties, Midlands and Thames valley region we may refer delivery to a suitably qualified firm. They may have different working practices, training and terms & conditions. In the event we sub-contract the service ordered you can expect us to have taken the necessary steps to reasonably prove competence. If in any doubt refer to the appointed firm in the first instance or call 0870 803 0187. For sales in the Highlands and Islands, and non mainland or remote areas please call 0870 803 0187. For these areas a surcharge may apply.

All orders placed online payments are taken in advance via our secure LloydsTSB server. In all cases we take a credit or debit card as authorization at time of order this will include a requirement for you to provide a minimum of your name, cards registered address, CVV (security code from signature strip) and contact number this is a necessary minimum to prevent fraud. A credit or debit card is required to make any purchase. Where paying by card online all sensitive consumer data collected on this site is used only for the purpose of completing the transaction. Transaction information is transmitted to our payment partners using 128 bit SSL encryption. Please print & retain a hard copy of the transaction receipt that will be sent to you via email. For telephone orders a receipt can be provided on request, there is an additional charge of £5 plus vat to cover the administration costs. Once we have received your purchase request we will begin to process you order. Please be aware that full payment is required prior to a delivery slot being allocated, payment for any order will be taken from your card once we have accepted your order. Payments can be made by credit or debit card and bank transfer. However we always reserve the right to ask for a deposit or payment in advance. VAT Invoices can be provided on demand. For trade customers credit terms are available after a qualifying period. Credit card payments will show on your statement as RhinoWheels Ltd London.

We operate a discretionary refunds policy whenever an issue arises any refund is limited to the value of the service provided.
